SNOOP DOGG RELEASES ‘BOOM (FEAT. T-PAIN)’, THE SECOND SINGLE FROM DOGGUMENTARY
Global icon and ‘dogfather’ of hip hop, Snoop Dogg has released his new single, Boom featuring Grammy winning US rapper T-Pain. The track, as well as its accompanying video, features T-Pain singing an undeniably catchy hook.
Available now, ‘Boom’ is the second official single from Snoop’s 11th studio album ‘Doggumentary’ released earlier this year. Produced by hitmaker Scott Storch, the infectious song uses a recognisable sample from the 80’s hit ‘Situation’ by Yaz. The video, directed by Dylan Brown (who also directed Snoop’s videos for New Year’s Eve and Sweat), is also available now.
Snoop’s global smash hit single ‘Sweat’ remixed by David Guetta, is still going strong at radio having reached #1 on the singles, dance and airplay charts in Australia. The super producer and arguably most well known DJ in the world felt compelled to put his own spin on the track after listening, and instantly loving it. ‘Sweat (David Guetta Remix)’ is also available on ‘Doggumentary’.
The album ‘Doggumentary’ is comprised of 21 solid tracks, including the buzzworthy “Platinum” featuring R. Kelly. It features production from heavyweights such as Kanye West (who also lends a verse to his track), Lex Luger, Scoop DeVille, Scott Storch and more. Guest appearances include some surprising names like Bootsy Collins, Gorillaz and Willie Nelson and some other musical notables such as Jeezy, E-40, Wiz Khalifa and John Legend.
