Delta Bravo Presents are excited to announce that R&B and Soul Singer Eric Benet will make his first long awaited appearance in Australia for a whirlwind series of intimate solo showcase performances. For more than two decades, Benet has been bringing life, energy and passion to the stage and studio with his ability to turn personal experiences into relatable and beautiful songs. This is a unique experience for fans to see Benet in an intimate setting performing all his hits that have made him one of the world’s favourite soul singers.
Benet released his debut album “True To Myself” in 1996 to critical acclaim but it was his second album “A Day In The Life”, which propelled him to stardom with a Grammy Award nomination for Best R&B Performance, and a Soul Train Music Award for Best R&B/Soul Album. Thatalbum featured the smash hits “Georgy Porgy” (featuring Faith Evans) and “Spend My Life With You” featuring Tamia.
Benet has remained an icon in the R&B/Soul genre and in 2010 released his fifth studio album, “Lost In Time” which boasted a number #1 Billboard R&B single for “Sometimes I Cry”.
