Chris Brown pleaded not guilty to charges of assault and criminal threats on Monday. Brown had allegedly choke and threatened to kill Rhinanna just hours before they were scheduled to perform at the Grammy Awards. If convicted, Brown may possibly face four years and eight months in prison.
