If they’re your legs, you should do what you want with them.

-If they’re my legs, I chose if I want yours near me.  If they’re hairy, that’s okay.  If you choose to use hair removal, I might not like it so much when they’re stubbly.  While I’m kinda hairy for a girl I much prefer to be smooth.  But I reserve my right to some stubble now and then.  So I won’t judge you for yours.  I’m not a fan of back hair, or facial hair.  But you might be.

Also, I heard the next in thing is to have your left arm amputated at the elbow.

I saw someone in shorts bending over today and thought, she has nice legs.  Then saw that it was actually a guy when he stood up - he shaved.  He obviously worked out - he had pecks etc.  Maybe if you have legs that looks like womens legs, a bit of hair will make them more masculine.
