Anyone checked out Eric Benet’s latest album Love and Life?

Just checked it out and is a contender for album of the year imo...If you enjoy his music don’t sleep on it

Wow, I loved his first two albums. True to Myself was edgy, A Day in the Life one of my all time favourites. But then I was totally disappointed with Hurricane. Is this new one similar to any of them?

Not quite as good as A day in the life, but he has gone back to that style.

this is vintage Eric Benet, no fillers on this album however no amazingly outstanding joints either, which is a shame as he really need another georgy porgy, poetry girl or love dont love me to really be BACK.
A big improvement on his last album,
still, its very good album, good stuff to listen to on the way to work.

Yeah it is.

Ive listened to it 8 or 9 times already and am still yet to skip a track, Whilst there isnt a Georgy Porgy or Come As You Are, The album still flows very well right through. Good to have him back at the top of the game because for me vocally he is the best along with Maxwell.

loving it, given it a good thrashing on the commute to work during the week and i’ve gotta say the standout is track 11 - Sing To Me.

It’s the kind of stuff wedding songs are made of lol.

Vocally the guy is so damm good

Im tossing up between sing to me and love patience and time, not quite sure which one i like best
