Non Stop Entertainment in association with Hot 30 Countdown and Video Hits is proud to announce
THE JAMFEST IS HERE!
FIRST ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT FEATURING:
AKON, KELLY ROWLAND, PITBULL
-
2010’s first urban pop music tour will be here in April. The first artists to be announced for the inaugural JAMFEST tour features some of the world’s most popular artists today - AKON, KELLY ROWLAND, PITBULL, and support from DJ Nino Brown and Chris Sorbello.  The JAMFEST promises over 5 hours of non-stop hits and live music.
The JAMFEST is a brand new music event celebrating fresh, chart-topping Pop, Hip Hop and R and B music and culture. Promoter Dwayne Cross says “The Jamfest is more than a tour, because there’s more than just a 1 International act performing, however, it’s not really a festival either as there’s 1 big stage with everyone on the bill performing on it.  Patrons coming to The Jamfest will get to see more than half a dozen chart topping, popular acts performing “nonstop” on the one stage”.
Akon performed for fans in Australia only 6 months ago – he got such a great response, and loved it so much that he’s coming back!  Australian fans will also be the first in the world to see Akon’s brand new 90 minute live show performing all the hits we know and love including ’Sexy Bitch’, ‘Lonely’, ‘Don’t Matter’
Kelly Rowland is a multi talented singer/songwriter/TV host and actress who has achieved millions of album sales, smash records and accolades throughout her impressive career. Kelly is about to release her third solo album and is sure to deliver an amazing show for her Australian fans, including the smash single ‘When Love Takes Over’ (with David Guetta).
Australia just can’t seem to get enough of Pitbull!  He is still enjoying chart success with ‘Hotel Room Service’ and ‘I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)’. His third single, ‘Shut It Down’ featuring Akon, is already climbing up the urban charts and is sure to be his third smash hit in this country.
Australia’s Number One Hip Hop DJ, Nino Brown, is widely regarded, and respected as a true master of the turntable. With numerous accolades planted firmly under his belt, this hip-hop star continues to prove that he’s earned his place in the ranks of Australia’s finest DJs
The Jamfest introduces new Australian electro pop artist, Chris Sorbello, an artist that you’ll be hearing more from this year. Her debut single ‘So Lonely’, produced by hot local producer, Sam Lamore, is slated for release in early April.
Stay tuned....if you think this line up is BIG, wait for the next artist announcement in two weeks!

JAMFEST becomes
THE SUPAFEST 2010
Due to a potential legal conflict, the Promoters of the JAMFEST have changed the name of the biggest Urban Pop Music event to come to Australia to SUPAFEST 2010.
Nothing else is changing, only the name. AKON, KELLY ROWLAND, PITBULL, SEAN PAUL, JAY SEAN, EVE, Chris Sorbello and DJ Nino Brown will perform at the same venues around the country and on the same dates.
ALL tickets purchased featuring the name JAMFEST will be accepted at ALL VENUES.  NOTE - The only thing that is changing is the “name” of the festival, everything else remains the same.
The promoters of SUPAFEST 2010, Non Stop Entertainment, would like to make the following disclaimer:
-
“SUPAFEST 2010” (formerly known as “the Jamfest 2010”) is not affiliated or associated in any way with Jam, Jam Music or Jam Recordings Pty Ltd
-
