When i mentioned tougher penalties for crimes in the past like bashing’s and other stuff that draws pretty light punishment. I received responses about well people need to rehabilitate and there should be education and stuff and there is a reason for those light punishments.
So ok i was like maybe i should see the issue from a different perspective.
However
I don’t understand a suspended sentence for a lady who had already been monitored in the past and now she is feeding her 5 year old son grappa?
I mean has the whole world gone bonkers? surely jail time or something along those lines should be in order for this stupidity.
Please someone who is in Law or has knowledge that justifies a suspended sentence please make me understand why cases like this occur?
