Yeah was good to see the man fight again but i have to be honest, I am a new fan of Daniel Geal!!
ALways heard of him and even one guy i trained with fought him in the Amatuers for Commonwealth games selection, but never thought much..
After Geal VS Mundine i have a new found respect for this man, give hime another year or 2 and watch the titles and opponents he will be up against!
Gave Mundine the Hardest fight so far in my opinion, made him Think and try EVERYTHING in his lil trick book, Mundine was even throwing after the ref said break on a few occasions lol

Even at the end Mundine didnt look confident of a win and i thought it was dissrespectful how he didnt stand next to the ref when the judges score cards were being read out..

Im a Mundine fan all the way, and have been since he started, but Geal is one to watch out for i think, his style is still Amatuer style, (In saying that i take no credibility away from him as Amatuer style and Pro style are very different styles of boxing) But give him more experience in there with the big boys and look out i say!! lol

I know the fam personaly and when you see him in real life away from the ring he is a quiet, humble, respectful guy lol!
But yeah in the ring he is all about THE MAN!!! lol..
I think he should have stepped up to bigger named opponents earlier tho, like after he beat Green.
in my honest opinion, i think he left it too late..
Dont get me wrong i think he can still do it and become the unified champ, but it should have been done by now..

The Contender i’ve watched a few times but keep missing shows.. i think it would have been better if they stayed with the Middleweights, more exciting to watch. These guys are good tho but seem big & Slow lol
