I’m quite annoyed by the Australians.

There is absolutely no way Saeed Ajmal has an illegal action why is it always when the Aussies cant handle a bowler they sook and make out that the bowler is doing something illegal.

All these players played county, and other series and first class cricket and never had an issue with the authorities. Until they play Australia.

U watch any money when Australia plays Sri Lanka they will be clueless on Mendis...and i bet u Mendis will be reported when he plays against the Aussies.

They are a better team than the Pakistani’s and they will probably win the series but there is no need to winge to umpires like Shane Watson did.

Pure Stupidity...the funny thing is i was watching the first match and i joked with my cuzin by saying Saeed Ajmal is causing trouble to the aussies they will prob call him a chucker too lol.

LOL, i feel ya brother, Cant say im surprised though. Ajmal has played against 4 other international sides, no one has said a thing but surprise surprise the aussies have a sook about it.

In saying that his doosra has a bit of bend no denying it but i think its well within the 15 degrees allowed.

I got to say, the 1st ODI was great, it was a spinning masterclass from Afridi & Ajmal.

Aussies struggling at the moment. 152-5 - 41.2 overs.

its not really a cricket series which is great to watch bc its just damn boring so ive being watching the IPL in SA which is alot more entertaining

australia complains more than ever now, cause they dont hav any off spinners who bowl doosras themselves....hence they dont how to face them, so they end up guessing, wen they cant guess no more they end up whinging, wen they winge they eventually end up complaining…

thats what happens wen u dont hav a specialist spinner, thats why kreja, cullin, hauritz are all tryin to develop there own doosra....

to bowl a doosra an off spinner has to change his action slightly to get the intended delivery,cause of the change in action its always going to look like a chuck as long as its within the 15 degrees.
The only person i can think of who bowls a doosra without changing his action is mendis, only cause his doosra is executed by flicking his fingers at the point of delivery, keeping in my mind mendis does not bowl like a conventunal spinner, he runs in like a medium pacer.

Pakistan had a brain explosion last night...it was comical....Aussies didnt deserve to win last night and it wasnt them that played well it was pakistan playing like a club side.

The openers did well, Younis Khan threw his wicket away. Misbah played the worst shot ever, Afridi well he will try and hit the ball for six every ball..as soon as u tell him to think he gets out...so u cant really blame him...Akmal again a poor shot. Shoaib Malik played well but with a long tail it was impossible.

Pakistan will be very dissapointed with last nights effort...But you have to realize we haven’t played much international cricket. I mean no tests for the whole of 2008. And series against Bangladesh and Zimbabwee and then a shortened Sri Lanka series...so i guess they have played pretty well against the Aussies.

SAPL lol mate it isnt the same....the IPL is mega boring...watched the first 5 or so games but its not been as good as last year.

i think the paki’s will only have dubai as there home for now when it comes to cricket

He def will not play test cricket....one dayers he will prob get his chance as a perm member once sachin departs...twenty 20 he is guaranteed a spot.

India is def the powerhouse of world cricket atm...i mean a few years ago we used to say aussies could field 2 teams at international level....well its really starting to look like india can field two international teams now with the amount of players it has in its talent pool.

I have been amazed with Gambhir...he is going to be a world force.

But without getting too carried away...IPL is Twenty 20 and the real skills are in Test Crickets…

U kno wot is funny i was watching the 50/50 between aussies and pakis and i was thinking how slow is this game..i cant believe we used to watch ODI’s all the time...it feels soo long cos we have been exposed t twenty 20.

Man, the series i watched & attended in Lanka earlier in the year was amazing, well the indians were amazing.

All of these guys are in form at the moment. They took Sri Lanka to the cleaners, murali & mendis had NO chance.
It did remind me of the dominant aussie team of a few years back but the indians were just much better to watch.
I’ll be incredible surprised if India do not win the ODI world cup.

I too thought very little of yuvraj, but of late the guy is just killing it, however like all sub continent batsmen he sucks on Aus pitches.

I hope the poms dont start another 20/20 league, the IPL is enough, as it is i reckon the IPL is overkill, then again im a purist & watch test cricket while eating scones

yeh prob is the currys are use to pitches where there is no bounce wat so ever which is why they kinda struggle in places like aus, SA and england

All 4 matches were poor performances by both sides....with the exception of Michael Clark who showed his class in this series...the rest of the players its more the fact of pakistian playing brainless cricket...well i should refraze that pakistan playing like pakistan which always is brainless. So i would still be pretty dissapointed with the way the aussies played this series…

Shoaib Aktar was brilliant for 2 overs then well its pretty disgraceful that he is in the team...because ok fine u bowl 2 mad overs get break throughs but its no point being in the team if u cant back it up with middle spells and bowling at the death....Showoff Actor needs to stop being a hero and hit the jenny craig and shorten his runnup or else he is through...but with that in mind those 2 overs were awesome.

Afridi played with his brain to make 40 then his CPU heated up and exploded.

Younis Khan needs to bat at 4....he is feeling the pressure of captining the side....but i think once we get our ICL players back Yousuf, Razzaq, Rana and a few more then we look a stronger team
